Since 1982, Oak Leaf Marina has been owned and managed by Scott F. Masse. But, historically – the roots of Oak Leaf Marina can be traced back to early beginnings in the 1940’s.  Under Scott’s ownership, Oak Leaf Marina has doubled the number of available slips, installed new travelifts and  hauling wells, and added additional properties that support rental apartments and tripled the size of the staff.

 

Oak Leaf Marina has always been a marina. Current local zoning and CT environmental regulations will probably dictate the facility remaining a working marina. But that certainly doesn’t mean there aren’t numerous expansion opportunities.
